1) CHERRY LAWN: Consider and take action on the recommendation by the Board of Selectmen that the Town renovate Cherry Lawn Park for a maximum of $1.5 million and to authorize the issuance of notes and/or bonds of the Town to meet said appropriation.

2) TAX RELIEF for the ELDERLY: Per the Town ordnance, the Board of Finance sets the interest rate annually at this time. The Director of Finance will present the suggested rate based on the ordnance.

3) PROBATE JUDGE – TRANSFER: To consider and take action on the request of the Probate Court for a transfer of appropriations of $6,900 from Acct. A0993006-86600, Contingency, to Acct. A0119002-82008, Printing, $6,200 and Acct. A011902-82042 Office Equip Repair & Maintenance, $700.

4) POLICE DEPT – TRANSFER: To consider and take action on the request of the Police Department for a transfer of appropriations of $3,500 from Acct. A0332272-82005, Training-Employee Education, to Acct. A00332272-82003, Training Services, and $5,500 from Acct. A0332314-84002 Fleet Services-Autos to Acct. A0332322-82041 Station Operation & Maint.

5) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - TRANSFER: To consider and take action on the request of the Finance Director for a reserve fund transfer of appropriations of $700 from Account X0118004-910087 MUNIS Software and $647.48 from Account X0118004-910089 Network Software to Account X0118004-900002 Application Software.

6) PAYROLL TRANSFER: To consider and take action on the request of the Finance Director for a transfer of $108,160 from various accounts to full time salary accounts to fund salary increases granted or contracted for the current fiscal year.

7) HERMAN AVE – LAND CONVEYANCE: To consider and take action on a request of the Board of Selectmen that the Town convey a small parcel of land on Herman Avenue

8) PROPERTY TAX WAIVER: To consider and take action on a request of the Board of Selectmen to exempt from property tax vehicles which have been modified for people with disabilities.

9) DILLER PROPERTY: To review the possibility of the Town selling the Diller Property.

10) POTENTIAL STATE BUDGET CUTS: To review the current proposed cuts in monies designated for the Town this year.

11) BUDGET STATUS: To review the budget amounts being approved by the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Education.
