Kolker and Alan D. Hilgenberg filed on March 27, 2002 for a variation of Section 406 of the Darien Zoning Regulations to allow a previously constructed one-story, one-car garage to remain. Section 406: 2.9 in lieu of 15.0 feet required minimum side yard setback.
