For State of CT information on vaccines click HEREAt this time, people (under the first tier of Phase 1b) over 65 years of age may register for a vaccine through the State Vaccine Portal (VAMS) . A new drive-through vaccine center in Stamford is available through the VAMS portal. 

Greib’s Pharmacy and Walgreen’s now offer vaccines. You may register for a vaccine with either pharmacy from their website. If you are a Darien resident and meet the criteria (over 65 years of age) you may register for a vaccine at Darien’s clinic by calling the Human Services Department at 203-656-7328.

Town urges residents to sign up for Code Red
The Town of Darien’s Health, Human Services and Senior Programs departments urge all residents to sign up for Code Red alerts, if they have not done so already.Detailed information regarding vaccine availability for Darien residents will be announced through the First Selectman’s weekly Code Red message, as well as local media outlets.

As plans for Phase 1B develop we want to make sure everyone is informed, particularly those who will be eligible during that phase, such as seniors over age 75.
