Portion of Town Charter establishing Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
Sec. 32. - Zoning board of appeals.
The zoning board of appeals shall consist of five members. The members shall be appointed as of July first in the year of their appointment and shall serve for a term of three years from that date. In any year, a sufficient number of appointments to the board shall be made to fill the vacancies arising because of the expiration of any member's term of office. Vacancies arising for any reason other than the expiration of the member's term shall be filled as provided in section 8.
