Silver Jackets: Many Partners, One Team. Several Government agencies worked together to complete the first version of this very comprehensive resource on flooding. This website is dedicated to helping residents and business owners understand how best to prepare, what to do (and not do) during a storm and what resources are available after a major storm event. A good portion of the information pertains to rain storms, hurricanes and flooding, but much of the information is pertinent to snowstorms as well.
